Keeping these skips hides potential web regressions.\n\n- `packages/flutter/test/widgets/keyboard_listener_test.dart`: the\nFuchsia key event simulation test is platform-agnostic in the test\nharness and passes on web.\n-\n`packages/flutter/test/widgets/text_scaler_backward_compatibility_test.dart`:\nthe `TextStyle.getTextStyle` backward compatibility test (`toString`\ncontains `fontSize: 28`) now passes on web.\n- `packages/flutter/test/widgets/undo_history_test.dart`: the 3 skipped\nundo/redo tests (keyboard shortcuts and platform undo) pass on web.
