  "message": "Improve our scroll physics on iOS (#5340)\n\nChanges in this patch:\r\n- iOS now uses a different scrollDrag constant than Android.\r\n   - ScrollConfigurationDelegate now knows about target platforms.\r\n   - ScrollBehaviors now know about target platforms.\r\n   - RawInputLine now has to be told what platform it\u0027s targetting.\r\n   - PageableList now has a concept of target platform.\r\n- make debugPrintStack filter its stack.\r\n   - move debugPrintStack to `assertions.dart`.\r\n- add support for limiting the number of frames to debugPrintStack.\r\n- make defaultTargetPlatform default to android in test environments.\r\n- remove OverscrollStyle and MaterialApp\u0027s overscrollStyle argument. You\r\n  can now control the overscroll style using Theme.platform.\r\n- the default scroll configuration is now private to avoid people\r\n  relying on the defaultTargetPlatform getter in their subclasses (since\r\n  they really should use Theme.of(context).platform).\r\n- fix some typos I noticed in some tests.\r\n- added a test for flinging scrollables, that checks that the behavior\r\n  differs on the two target platforms.\r\n- made flingFrom and fling in the test API pump the frames.\r\n- added more docs to the test API.\r\n- made the TestAsyncUtils.guard() method report uncaught errors to help\r\n  debug errors when using that API.",
