  "message": "[flutter tool] propagate analytics env to sub-tools (#186780)\n\nUpdates the Flutter CLI to propagate unified analytics environment\nvariables down to all spawned subprocesses, achieving parity with\n`dartdev`(see:\nhttps://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/commit/04c6612781bfa0951d3159cadd62aacd63644ff6).\n\nIt automatically propagates:\n\n\n* `DASH__SUPPRESS_ANALYTICS`: Set to `\u0027true\u0027` if analytics is disabled\nin the parent tool context (e.g. via config setting, bot detection, or\n`FLUTTER_SUPPRESS_ANALYTICS`), otherwise `\u0027false\u0027`.\n* `DASH__TOOL`: Identifies the top-level tool calling the sub-tool,\ndefaulting to `\u0027flutter-tool\u0027`.\n### Architectural Rationale \u0026 Full Coverage\nRather than wrapping the environment map inside individual high-level\nwrappers (such as `ProcessUtils`), the propagation logic is centralized\ndirectly inside **`ErrorHandlingProcessManager`**\n(`error_handling_io.dart`), which is the single context-injected gate\nfor process execution.\n\nThis centralized placement guarantees **100% coverage** because:\n1. Every workflow in the codebase that executes processes via\n`globals.processUtils` delegates its calls directly to the context\nprocess manager.\n2.
