  "message": "[web] Provide Content-Length header for CanvasKit files in flutter test (#190155)\n\nThis adds the `Content-Length` header when serving CanvasKit files in\nthe `shelf` test server. This prevents `shelf` from falling back to\n`Transfer-Encoding: chunked`, which triggers a bug in Chrome 145\u0027s\nWebAssembly compilation that causes random test hangs.
