  "message": "[ios,macos] Update swiftc.py flags to match swiftc (#189174)\n\nThis updates flag names in the swiftc.py build wrapper and GN rules to\nmatch underlying swiftc counterparts (-module-name, -import-objc-header,\nand -target).
