  "message": "[ci] Fix and standardize target/task names (#4323)\n\nFixes the target names in LUCI to not use \u0027+\u0027, since it\u0027s not supported.\r\n\r\nTo better align the names between the two different infrastructures,\r\nalso updates the task naming in cirrus.yml to not use +. It also\r\nstandardizes the naming form across both systems as:\r\n`\u003cHost platform\u003e \u003ctarget platform\u003e-\u003ctest_name\u003e \u003cextra info\u003e`\r\nwhere:\r\n- `\u003cHost platform\u003e` is always there on LUCI, where required, but only\r\n  added where it\u0027s potentially ambiguous on Cirrus.\r\n- `\u003ctarget platform\u003e\u0027 is omitted when the test is not target-platform\r\n  specific.\r\n- `\u003ctest_name\u003e\u0027 uses underscores, which is consistent with\r\n  flutter/flutter (and with Cirrus step naming).\r\n- `\u003cextra info\u003e` is only explicitly set (to the channel) on LUCI; Cirrus\r\n  automatically adds channel info there due to the way `matrix` works.",
