Change mechanism that allows to keep using engine.version for monorepo testing.

Instead of renaming DEPS, rename engine/src/.gn.

Change is required due to https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/161249/commits/f8cf7d638a95b7b982f615c86716df43bc62dd00 which adds a test that is looking for DEPS.

TEST=Failing build https://ci.chromium.org/ui/p/dart/builders/ci.sandbox/flutter-linux-framework-tests-misc/4827/overview, which now passes https://ci.chromium.org/ui/p/dart/builders/ci.sandbox.shadow/flutter-linux-framework-tests-misc/4/overview

Flutter LUCI Recipes

This repository contains Flutter's LUCI recipes. For the LUCI infrastructure config, see flutter/infra. Builds can be found in the Flutter Dashboard.

Supported repositories roll their .ci.yaml into flutter/infra, which updates what properties builds have. For example, flutter config specifies various dependencies the different tests require, which are then used by the flutter_deps recipe_module No modifications to flutter/infra are required to work on the recipes.
