Clean derived data based on the user running the bot. We are currently running two different versions of mac bots: chromium provided mac bot which run with chrome_bot user and devicelab bots which use swarming user. This change allows to use the same clean derived data on both types of bots. The script branch_recipes.py is used to generate new copies of the LUCI recipes for a beta release. See Recipe Branching for Releases for more information. For usage:
