Update test results for master branch only Companion PR: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/87125 enforces `master` branch check when calling cocoon API. This CL skips the upload_metrics step to avoid confusion for case where no need to upload test results.. The script branch_recipes.py is used to generate new copies of the LUCI recipes for a beta release. See Recipe Branching for Releases for more information. For usage:
$ ./branch_recipes.py --help
