[femu_test] Use test_suites.yaml. This allows us to specify test commands from the engine repo, eliminating the need for soft transitions whenever package naming schemes, cfv1/cfv2 migrations, or test arguments change. The script branch_recipes.py is used to generate new copies of the LUCI recipes for a beta release. See Recipe Branching for Releases for more information. For usage:
