Avoiding silent failure on pubsub notification. 1) Removing try..except around pubsub notification, which would silently fail on errors. 2) Adding infra_step=True, to designate responsibility. The script branch_recipes.py is used to generate new copies of the LUCI recipes for a beta release. See Recipe Branching for Releases for more information. For usage:
