[build/windows] Remove logging from default debug configurations. DLG is rather costly for performance and should be used judiciously. This removes it from the default configurations but gives an example how to enable it using the `UserDefines` property. * builds/windows/vc2010/freetype.vcxproj: Hide FT_DEBUG_LOGGING.
