Revert a change of `_idx' type in FTC_CACHE_LOOKUP_CMP().

* src/cache/ftccache.h (FTC_CACHE_LOOKUP_CMP): Revert
the type of `_idx' from FT_PtrDist (by previous change)
to original FT_UFast, to match with FT_CacheRec.
