Rename HB_UNICODE_GENERAL_CATEGORY_COMBINING_MARK to HB_UNICODE_GENERAL_CATEGORY_SPACING_MARK

Spacing_Mark is the current Unicode long-name for this property value.
The previous name was wrongly carried from glib.
