CMake\nexpects DLL imported targets to put the runtime DLL in\nIMPORTED_LOCATION and the import library in IMPORTED_IMPLIB.\n\nGenerate bindir-aware paths for Windows CMake packages and set both\ntarget properties for all HarfBuzz imported targets.
