  "message": "Rework libatomic handling in CMake and LIT.\n\nThis patch updates the way libc++ handles checking for libatomic, in part\nto prepare for https://reviews.llvm.org/D22073.\n\nChanges:\n* \u0027LIBCXX_HAS_ATOMIC_LIB\u0027 is now set whenever libatomic is available even libc++\n   doesn\u0027t need to manually link it.\n* \u0027LIBCXX_HAVE_CXX_ATOMICS_WITH_LIB\u0027 is now used to detect when libatomic\n   needs to be manually linked.\n* \u0027LIBCXX_HAS_ATOMIC_LIB\u0027 now adds \u0027libatomic\u0027 as a available feature in the\n   test suite.\n\ngit-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/libcxx/trunk@275759 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8\n",
