windows: remove total fds (256) limitations When queue more usb requests, and more devices working at the same time 256's limitation is easy to reach. This patch remove such limitation of windows version. dymatic allocate map fd_table. each time increase 256 entry if request more fds. libusb is a library for USB device access from Linux, macOS, Windows, OpenBSD/NetBSD and Haiku userspace. It is written in C (Haiku backend in C++) and licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or, at your option, any later version (see COPYING).
