  "message": "Make sure that apps/openssl prefixes its output with \u0027# \u0027 during tests\n\nThe reason to do this is that some output might start with an \u0027ok\u0027,\nwhich TAP catches and takes for TAP output.  The TAP compatible way is\nto make all output it shouldn\u0027t catch look like comments.\n\nWe do this by setting the environment variable HARNESS_OSSL_PREFIX\nduring tests.
