There is extended info in Configure for\n    that.\n\n  - Make as few rebuilds of the shared libraries as possible.\n\n  - Still avoid linking the OpenSSL programs with the shared libraries.\n\n  - When installing, install the shared libraries separately from the\n    static ones.\n",
