Extensively changed the DEF file generator mkdef.pl to use a modified version of Ulf's prototype parser, also general tidying and fixing of several problems with the original. Its still a bit of a hack but should work. This is the last bit of the old code that uses the K&R prototypes: after some testing they can finally go away...
