  "message": "Signature algorithm enhancement.\n\nChange tls12_sigalg_allowed() so it is passed a SIGALG_LOOKUP parameter,\nthis avoids multiple lookups.\n\nWhen we copy signature algorithms return an error if no valid TLS message\nsigning algorithm is present.
