Remove uses of the TEST_check macro. This macro aborts the test which prevents later tests from executing. It also bypasses the test framework output functionality. Reviewed-by: Rich Salz <rsalz@openssl.org> (Merged from https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/3750)
