thermal: perfetto/ftrace: Add thermal_exynos ftrace events

Define below thermal_exynos events in perfetto:
- thermal_exynos_acpm_bulk
- thermal_exynos_acpm_high_overhead

These events record acpm thermal_zone's temperature, cdev_state and
throttling parameters.
