Add slices for DisplayedFrame track To show displayed frame track, we need to capture all the frames that are presented during the Vsync. This requires monitoring the events and storing event info to reuse and compare during the next present event. Updated the graphics_frame_event test cases for trace_processor as well. Test: Take a trace with GAPID and see if DisplayedFrame track shows properly. Bug: 143646955 Change-Id: I44da4896850a595988cc6bf35cd7acdaebcc27f8
