processor: Support pid reuse in ProcessTracker without Start/EndThread

Also add a missing call to UpdateThread() to TrackTracker.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
