processor: Don't import complete event's end ts counters For legacy PHASE_COMPLETE events, we can't import the counter values for the end of the event into the counters table without some additional sorting. Since Chrome has already switched to split begin/end events, this just stops importing thread_duration / thread_instruction_delta as a workaround.
