Revert^2 "Add input method editor (IME) protos"

This reverts commit 5c3de4a4a4c6be1446fb3ac897e4e4e736f7616b.

Minor change to fix build on Google3:
- Replace "plain import" in winscope_extensions_impl.proto with "import public".

Perfetto - System profiling, app tracing and trace analysis

Perfetto is a production-grade open-source stack for performance instrumentation and trace analysis. It offers services and libraries and for recording system-level and app-level traces, native + java heap profiling, a library for analyzing traces using SQL and a web-based UI to visualize and explore multi-GB traces.
