tp: cleanup json and fuchsia trace flags

Now that we use storage_full consistently, we can remove the custom json
and fuchsia flags and collapse everything to consistently use virtual
methods as well.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
