trace_processor: initialize estimated rows and cost to sqlite values

This ensures that if we don't set these values (e.g. in span join), we
will use the defaults specified by SQLite which leads to more correct
behaviour than setting them to zero.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing
