Update chrome_input_with_frame_view.pftrace.sh256 to point to the most current file. The chrome_input_with_frame_view.pftrace.sh256 file used by chrome stdlib was updated in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/5380682. However, this change does not propagate to the equivalent file used in other trace processor diff testing. For example, metrics testing validates the scroll jank V3 metric, which has been updated to utilize new events and fields. The outdated version of chrome_input_with_frame_view.pftrace.sh256 does not include these values and is no longer useful to test the metric.
