Implement trace sqlite exporting This patch adds a command line flag and a command to the trace processor shell for exporting the entire trace as a sqlite database. This can be used to inspect trace contents using standard sqlite tools. Command line usage: $ trace_processor_shell -e my_trace.db my_trace.pb Shell usage: > .dump my_trace.db Change-Id: Ibfcd23a17565059c083b65844603c48e489b989e
