Replace .pftrace in docs with .perfetto-trace.
Recently we fielded some feedback from someone wondering what to do with
a .pftrace file, so updating this documentation to use .perfetto-trace
which is (hopefully!) a clearer filename (and is what we use elsewhere).
Test: Not sure how to test this change; let me know!
