Add trace_trigger field to trace_metadata.

Contains information about which triggers fired in the trace.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
