Anonymous memory predicate for profilers

We want to do this as early as possible to avoid sideeffects (e.g.
forking the target process for a java heap dump).

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
