tp: allow preempt depth to be greater than 9

Our regex hardcoded that the preempt count could only be a single digit
which broke on some traces.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
