TrackEvent: Add support for computed event names

Turns out not all trace event names are known statically at compile
time. Add support for this, while verifying (in debug builds) that
dynamically allocated strings aren't accidentally used as track event
names.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
