perfetto-ui: Fix thread state colors

Made 'Uninterruptible Sleep' orange so it's obvious.
Also 'Busy' is now a different color from 'Running'.
In a follow-up CL 'Busy' will be renamed and recolored to represent
the states within.
Also renamed the wakeup runnable state to 'R' so it will be aggregated
with the descheduled 'R' state.
