tp: add core and core_type breakdowns per process in CPU metric

This is useful when you want to do analysis at the process level rather
than at the thread level.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
