Revert "protozero_plugin: print extensions"

This reverts commit b541f362ce9e020769c1079342053609466eb4f3.

Reason for revert: breaks with new versions of protobuf

`Descriptor::ExtensionRange::end` is not accessible anymore in new versions of protobuf.

This is due to a couple of breaking changes:

Perfetto - System profiling, app tracing and trace analysis

Perfetto is a production-grade open-source stack for performance instrumentation and trace analysis. It offers services and libraries and for recording system-level and app-level traces, native + java heap profiling, a library for analyzing traces using SQL and a web-based UI to visualize and explore multi-GB traces.
