Revert "protozero_plugin: print extensions" This reverts commit b541f362ce9e020769c1079342053609466eb4f3. Reason for revert: breaks with new versions of protobuf `Descriptor::ExtensionRange::end` is not accessible anymore in new versions of protobuf. This is due to a couple of breaking changes: https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/commit/4ac36141dbfb80299c64e0224ff413e0072a1f4d https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/commit/5b12bc858f1f0e02477ac3e3e3fea5bc88f1bdc3 Change-Id: I2499bf0a9923653be365c3601d7e4f9132df9594
