  "message": "bazel: publish releases to the Bazel Central Registry\n\nAdd the templates (//.bcr) from which the registry entry of a release is\ngenerated, and a workflow which opens the pull request against the\nregistry when a GitHub release is published. Both follow the\nbazel-contrib/publish-to-bcr conventions.\n\nThe entry points at the source archive GitHub generates for the release\ntag, so the release process does not change and no extra artifact is\nuploaded. MODULE.bazel keeps version 0.0.0: publish-to-bcr adds to the\nentry a patch which sets the released version.\n\nThe presubmit run by the registry CI builds, from a module depending on\nPerfetto, the client library, the trace processor and traceconv on Linux\nand macOS, and the tracing service binaries on Linux.\n\nThe workflow is skipped until the BCR_REGISTRY_FORK variable is set.
