On the\nself-hosted runner sudo prompts for a password and the step dies\nbefore anything else runs.\n\nReplace the apt path with a direct download of the upstream gh\nrelease tarball into $HOME/.local/bin, with a pinned version and\nSHA256 so the binary is verified before use. No sudo, no system\nwrites.\n",
