android_sdk: add nested-track sort order Expose sibling ordering on nested tracks. A named nested-track level can now carry a sibling_order_rank (its rank among siblings, lower first) and a child_ordering (how it orders its own children), mapping onto the TrackDescriptor.sibling_order_rank / child_ordering proto fields. - HL ABI: two new fields on PerfettoTeHlNestedTrackNamed plus PERFETTO_TE_HL_CHILD_ORDERING_* constants mirroring TrackDescriptor.ChildTracksOrdering; emitted by hl.cc's EmitNamedTrack. Zero defaults keep existing tracks byte-identical. - te_macros: PERFETTO_TE_NESTED_TRACK_NAMED_ORDERED(NAME, ID, RANK, ORDERING). - Java: PerfettoTrack.setSiblingOrderRank(int) / setChildOrdering(int) + CHILD_ORDERING_* constants; the chain carries two parallel arrays. - Example + host test for the explicit-ordering case.
