  "message": "Remove hack for building Python support with Bazel.\n\nThis change makes use of new imports attribute for Bazel\u0027s Python rules, which\nenable adding directories to the PYTHONPATH. This allows us to remove\nthe hack for building protobuf\u0027s Python support with Bazel and now\nallows projects to include protobuf using a Bazel external repository\nrather than requiring it to be imported directly into the source tree as\n//google/protobuf.\n\nThis change also updates the protobuf BUILD file to use a named\nrepository, @python//, for including Python headers rather than\n//util/python. This allows projects to specify their own package for\nPython headers when including protobuf with an external repository.\n\nFixes #1230\n",
