* Updated upb.
* Preserve legacy behavior for unset messages.
* Updated failure list.
* Updated CHANGES.txt.
* Added erroneously-deleted test file.
* Fixed condition on compatibility code.
* Re-introduced deleted file again, and fixed Rakefile to not delete it.
* Fix generation of test protos.
