Minor cleanup of the rsa mp limits code

Reduce RSA_MAX_PRIME_NUM to 5.
Remove no longer used RSA_MIN_PRIME_SIZE.
Make rsa_multip_cap honor RSA_MAX_PRIME_NUM.
